Hive Roofing & Solar provides the following services in Central Texas:

• Residential and commercial roofing installation, repair, and replacement
• Solar panel installation and maintenance
• Storm damage assessment and restoration
• Insurance claim assistance
• Gutter installation and repair
• General contracting services

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and our standard terms and conditions as outlined in individual service agreements.

• Free inspections and estimates are provided at no obligation
• All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Final pricing may vary based on actual project conditions discovered during work
• Any additional work or changes must be agreed upon in writing before proceeding
• Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement

Before any work begins, you will receive a written service agreement that includes:

• Detailed scope of work
• Materials to be used
• Project timeline
• Total cost and payment schedule
• Warranty information

Work will not commence until the service agreement is signed and any required deposits are received.

Workmanship Warranty: We provide a lifetime workmanship warranty on all roofing installations, covering defects in our installation work.

Manufacturer Warranties: All materials come with manufacturer warranties as specified by the product manufacturer. We will assist you in filing warranty claims when applicable.

Warranty Exclusions: Warranties do not cover:

• Damage caused by severe weather events, acts of God, or natural disasters
• Damage caused by improper maintenance or alterations by others
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by falling objects, animals, or vandalism
• Pre-existing conditions not addressed in the original scope of work

We offer assistance with insurance claims for storm damage and covered events:

• We will document damage and provide detailed reports for your insurance company
• We can meet with insurance adjusters on your behalf
• Final payment responsibility remains with the homeowner
• We do not guarantee insurance claim approval or coverage amounts
• Any deductibles or amounts not covered by insurance are the homeowner's responsibility

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property and project needs
• Ensure safe access to the work area for our crews
• Remove or secure personal property and vehicles from work areas
• Obtain any necessary HOA approvals or permits (we can assist with permits)
• Make timely payments as outlined in your service agreement
• Notify us promptly of any concerns during or after the project

• Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions
• We will communicate any schedule changes as soon as possible
• Cancellations made after materials are ordered may be subject to restocking fees
• Deposits may be non-refundable if work has begun or materials have been ordered
