We chose the name Hive Roofing & Solar because in a bee hive, everyone comes together for one common goal and purpose. We infuse that mentality into how we work as a team to get your roof done in a day.

Chris brings a unique background to roofing. A Yale graduate with years of experience as an investment banker and financial advisor, he understands what it means to manage assets—including your home, your biggest one.
When Chris moved to Central Texas, he experienced firsthand the frustration of finding dependable tradespeople. That experience sparked a career pivot: he would build the roofing company he wished existed. One that combines Ivy League analytical thinking with blue-collar craftsmanship.
A family man at heart, Chris serves as President of the local Round Rock BNI group and is deeply invested in the Central Texas community. He understands that homeowners want a job done well, done fast, and done by people they can trust.
That's why he maintains RCAT (Roofing Contractors Association of Texas) licensing—the highest standard for roofing contractors in Texas—and pursued HAAG certification, credentials most roofers don't bother with because they're difficult to obtain. But Chris knows that without proper training and licensing, damage gets missed, claims get denied, and homeowners pay the price. His team is trained to the same exacting standards.
