What if my tenant isn't responsive?
We're pros at this. We use multiple contact methods (call, text, email) and flexible scheduling. If needed, we can leave door hangers with scheduling options. We've successfully inspected hundreds of tenant-occupied properties.
Do I need to sign anything in person?
No. All contracts and approvals can be signed electronically. We use DocuSign for everything, and can even accept verbal approval for minor decisions.
What if there's an emergency during repairs?
You'll have a direct line to your project manager. For urgent decisions, we can hop on a quick call or send photos/video for same-day approval. We never proceed without your OK.
How do I pay if I'm not local?
We accept all major credit cards, ACH transfers, and checks by mail. For insurance claims, we coordinate directly with your insurance company for claim payments.
